Officially known as the , iMonitor is the university’s centralized web-based portal designed to streamline administrative and academic processes. From tracking attendance to managing course registrations, iMonitor has fundamentally changed how the IIUM community interacts with university bureaucracy.

To appreciate iMonitor, one must understand the history. Before 2015, IIUM students relied on printed "Statement of Results" released weeks after final exams. This process was slow, prone to human error, and environmentally wasteful.
