To live under the sign of "Ostinato Destino" is to experience history as a force of exhaustion, not enlightenment. The traditional, teleological destiny—a path of ascent toward a glorious, predetermined goal—has shattered. In its place stands a stubborn, minimalist destiny: the certainty of repetition. This is the destiny of Sisyphus, not of Odysseus. There is no Ithaca to reach, only the rock, the hill, and the inevitable roll back down. The "1992-" implies a perpetual present, a continuous loop that has not yet found its closing double barline.
