If you accidentally downloaded a file labeled "mrs major" and haven't run it yet, delete it immediately and empty your recycle bin. If you have already run the file and your screen has turned red with the Mrs. Major image, your best course of action is to boot from a Linux Live USB to recover your personal files (if they haven't been encrypted or deleted) and then perform a clean install of Windows.
