Vx Manager (also written VX Manager) is a Windows driver/utility used with VXDIAG/AllScanner/VCX-style vehicle diagnostic interfaces to install drivers, manage firmware and provide a PC-side bridge to OEM diagnostic software. Version 1.6 refers to older V1.6.x builds used mainly with legacy or cloned interfaces and some older OSes (e.g., Windows XP) or devices that behave better on the older manager.
