Rumelt llama a esto "estrellas de navidad": objetivos que suenan bonitos (proteger el medio ambiente, ser felices, mejorar el mundo) pero que no guían la acción ni la asignación de recursos.
Rumelt insiste: Una estrategia es una apuesta. Ningún plan sobrevive al contacto con el enemigo. Por eso la "coherencia en la acción" permite pivotar sin perder el rumbo.
