The firmware reset the Bluetooth module's pairing list. Fix: On the JBL Link 10, press and hold the Bluetooth button (the one with the 'B' icon) for 5 seconds until the LED flashes blue. Then re-pair from your phone’s Bluetooth menu.

Remove the speaker from your Google Home app, factory reset it, and set it up again as a "new device".
