It is unrealistic and chaotic. With FS2Crew, you assume the role of Captain. You speak into a microphone (or press buttons): "Before start checklist." The First Officer (FO) responds. "Set takeoff flaps." The FO confirms. "Start engine two." The FO monitors the N2 rotation and calls out "Motor start."
