A: You entered the key on a PC but didn’t sign into the same account on mobile. Or your trial period overlaps with the key’s start date. Sign out and back in.
If you have a new product key and want to add it to your account using your mobile device: Open your mobile browser and go to norton.com/setup Enter a New Product Key
