"Momswap" is the name of a popular fan-created AU (Alternate Universe) within the community [1, 2]. In this concept, the roles of the three main Crystal Gems (Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl) are swapped with the three Homeworld Gems (Jasper, Peridot, and Lapis Lazuli).
